What should I include in my first message?
Three things: (1) what you’re trying to achieve, (2) any constraints that matter (data cannot leave network, regulated industry, specific deadline), (3) the budget range you have approved or expect to need. You don’t need technical detail — we’ll draw it out on the scoping call.
Can I just email instead of using the form?

What if I’m just exploring and not ready to commit?
That’s fine — the Strategy Sprint exists for exactly this. For $2,500 you get a concrete, priced build plan in two weeks. If the plan doesn’t make business sense you walk away with a usable roadmap and no further obligation.
Do you work with startups?
We work with serious organizations of any size, including well-funded startups. We do not take on projects below the Strategy Sprint price point.
How do you handle sensitive data during scoping?
Before scoping, you share only what’s needed for the conversation — typically the problem domain, not actual data. Under NDA we can review redacted samples. Full data access only happens after contract, with documented controls and your security team’s signoff.
