Ahmed Mohamed Ibrahim is a Doctor of Technology researcher specializing in artificial intelligence, data science, and digital transformation. A Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Project Management Professional (PMP), Presidential Management Fellow (PMF), and Six Sigma Black Belt (SSBB), he blends deep technical expertise with proven program leadership.

With 20+ years delivering complex technology solutions for government agencies and multinational companies, Ahmed has led cross‑functional teams on programs up to $500,000 and 12,000+ resource hours. His work spans AI development, cybersecurity, data architecture, and enterprise system integration.
